If you’re attending Cloud force in London today, here is some advice based on my experience yesterday.
Talks vs Developer zone: There are three levels of information available to developers, all situated on the top level. The most visible for the programme is the Presentation Series on force.com, database.com and heroku. Second is the Developer Zone where there are a variety of desktops and tablets. Third is the informal Developer Talks which I just came across.

Presentation Series: This series of talks is a gentle introduction to the wide areas of the SalesForce development. Don’t expect to see much code as the content is aimed at newbies.

Developer Talks: This is where you do get to get deeply into the relevant topics. The talks are more intimate and really get into the meat of it. Presenters are hard-core so you can ask them anything.

Developer Talks:Roll up you selves and start writing, clicking.and running. You can choose from a set of workbooks (I brought the complete set home) and write HTML5 mobile apps or build a Java app on heroku. Help is on hand to solve your problems when you get your fingers in a twist.

Most of all – have fun!
