We got in contact with Cloud Consulting in order to refine the way in which the different roles within our organisation use Salesforce. Cloud Consulting came in and took the time to learn about our organisation’s needs and then provided a series of training days to each of our different roles of users. From the training, the users of Salesforce within our organisation learnt about a series of functionalities, including campaign management, effective reporting and dashboards. Selected staff members also received training on the admin behind Salesforce, allowing them to adjust it to really work for us.
